Epic snow for Dec camps

Camp is in full swing; our first batch of campers arrived early December eager and excited to enjoy all the early season powder that the snow Gods had delivered.
The Conditions have been absolutely amazing on the mountain with over 5 meters of snowfall so far this season. December saw over 338cm (133 in) of snow.

The Pro Ride campers and coaches got together last week for the annual Pro Ride Christmas dinner. There were mountains of food and lots of laughter shared amongst friends. Duncan hosted a Chinese auction; it’s kind of like secret Santa but with the option of picking and then stealing gifts.



The campers also went trampolineing at Bounce. Bounce has multiple trampolines, a foam pit and trampling snowboard. Everything the campers needed to practice their grabs spins and flips before putting them into action on snow.



A big congratulation to Ruth, Michael and Hugh who all passed there level 1-instructor exams. Pro ride has a 100% pass rate for instructor training.

December has been an awesome month filled with so many powder slashes and smiles, we can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store.
